the specified services when
and where the client wants it, and in the format agreed with the client.

short-term interventions, design programmes for others to deliver, train
staff to deliver new ways of
working, provide individual and team support over short and longer periods,
deliver training
programmes, work with third party client groups and undertake detailed
evaluation programmes.
